Marketplace Account Manager

Location: Remote (Global)

Role Overview:

As the Marketplace Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving product success in retail and marketplace channels. If you are passionate about retail and marketplace account management and have a track record of success, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase sales, profitability, and market share on marketplaces including Walmart.com, Costco.com, Lowes.com, Menards.com, and Target+
Collaborate with internal teams to align inventory, marketing, and sales strategy for the platform
2. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless end-to-end management of our 3P listings
Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment
Address and resolve any issues related to listings, order management, and/or customer feedback promptly
3. Marketing & Merchandising:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and optimize product listings, including but not limited to: high-quality images, product descriptions, and SEO-friendly content
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize promotions, advertising campaigns, and sponsored product placement on Walmart.com
4. Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with the marketplace team to stay up to date on platform changes, promotional opportunities, and best practices
Address any issues, concerns, or disputes with Walmart.com promptly and professionally
5. Performance Analytics:
Regularly review and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to understand performance and identify areas of improvement
Provide routine reports to senior management with insights and recommendations
