Salary
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the selected individual or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation.
Responsibilities
Supervise staff, including setting expectations, coaching, and conducting engagement meetings.
Assist with grant writing, deliverables, and reporting to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
Manage the contract monitoring program, supervising staff to ensure compliance through tracking deliverables, reviewing invoices, and meeting contract requirements.
Oversee technology‑related components, including data systems and data quality.
Manage the Office of Dental Health webpage and develop content for department social media platforms.
Manage educational components, including literature review, material development, and delivery of trainings and presentations.
Support stakeholders and partners; assist with implementation and evaluation of oral health programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and represent the Office at meetings and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience in public health, dental hygiene, business, health administration, social sciences, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in public health required; experience in oral or dental health preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
Experience with grant writing, management, and deliverables.
Experience with contract monitoring and compliance.
Experience supporting technology systems, webpages, or communication platforms preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work with diverse partners, including local public health agencies, schools, and community organizations.
Experience with Smartsheet, Qualtrics, and other software preferred; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Equivalent experience may substitute for education where applicable.
