Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. The role is an in‑office position ideal for a dynamic communicator with strong visual storytelling, marketing strategy, and community management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain brand guidelines, voice, and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.

Help strengthen organizational brand identity across all communication channels.

Contribute to the refinement of messaging frameworks and standards.

Draft, edit, and proofread written materials including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Provide basic indoor/outdoor photography and post‑processing skills.

Provide basic indoor/outdoor videography and editing skills.

Familiarity with SEO optimization and strategy.

Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.

Maintain project timelines, campaign calendars, and documentation.

Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that promote organizational visibility, audience engagement, and brand reputation across relevant platforms.

Produce, curate, and publish compelling content.

Monitor activity, manage interactions, and consistently represent the brand’s voice.

Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Located in Colorado.

Strong attention to detail.

Bonus: Google Analytics experience.

Bonus: Library management or archival skills.

Bonus: Programming automations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Willing to help assemble trade‑show booths, sales booklets, and install trade‑show graphics.

Must be able to walk, stand, lift, climb, sit, see, and hear.

This full‑time exempt position is eligible for all company benefits including employer‑paid medical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) with a match.

Minimum salary of $4,850 per month. Pay may be higher based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Certain positions may also receive additional compensation such as bonuses.
