Job Summary

Post Producer – full‑time, exempt. Salary $100k–$110k plus benefits. Location: 5940 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80212.
Responsibilities

Manage the client and artist sides of the project pipeline.
Oversee the full life‑cycle of projects, including budget management throughout the creative process.
Schedule and monitor artist deadlines.
Creatively manage scripting, oversee edits and editors, deliver projects for review online and in‑person, and communicate feedback between clients and creative directors.
Provide strategic and hands‑on guidance, staying organized under pressure and communicating project clarity.
Act as QC for client rounds and ensure quality of deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Equipment & Software

Apple/mac workstation – OS X proficient.
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets – required proficiency.
Project management for animation or VFX studio workflows.
Ftrack for project management.
Slack for communication.

Working knowledge of Nuke, After Effects, Cinema 4D or equivalent.
Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets, including formulas and linking.
Experience scheduling people with tools like Ftrack, Gantt schedulers, calendar apps, or spreadsheets.
Experience tracking and actualizing budgets for film or video projects.
Solid time management for self and team.
Positive, flexible attitude under high pressure.
Sense of humor required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Education and Experience

5+ years producing or coordinating post‑production projects, especially animation, motion design, or visual effects.
Experience with shot tracking and progress tracking for multiple deliverables using spreadsheets, Shotgrid, or Ftrack.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Hours

This is a hybrid role at our Wheat Ridge studio, four days in office and one remote working day per week, with approximately 40–45 hours per week. Hours typically fall between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
