Disbo is building the financial operating system for the legal industry. We replace paper checks with digital payments and connect law firms and medical providers into a payment network that settles cases faster, cleaner, and in full compliance.
The problem is huge, the industry is wide open, and the category is ours to define. If you’ve ever watched a law firm print, sign, stuff, and mail a paper check in 2026 and thought “there has to be a better way” — that’s us. That’s the whole thesis.
We want content that makes people stop scrolling: “Why are you still sending paper checks?” “I just sent a $50K disbursement from a beach in Hawaii. No printer required.” “Your trust account is one random audit away from a $10K problem.” That’s the tone. That’s the energy. We need someone who can bottle it and scale it.
The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Brand Manager to lead Disbo’s growth across digital, partnerships, and brand. This is a hands‑on leadership role — you’ll set strategy and ship the work. You’ll own the plan, build the team, and turn Disbo into a name every law firm and medical office in the country knows.
You’ll work directly with our founder, leadership, and a network of industry advisors. Test fast, double down on what works, kill what doesn’t. Real ownership from day one.
This is an execution‑first role — you will personally create, test, and launch campaigns, not just manage agencies.

What You’ll Own
Growth & Strategy
Own Disbo’s end‑to‑end marketing strategy and roadmap
Drive aggressive user and network growth across law firms and medical providers
Identify and execute the highest‑leverage brand and acquisition plays
Organic Social & Viral Content
Lead social across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and wherever attention lives next
Create and scale short‑form video that hooks, educates, and converts
Build Disbo’s digital voice — one the legal industry actually wants to follow
Paid Acquisition
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Own the full funnel: creative, targeting, landing pages, CAC, LTV
Continuously optimize for performance — we want to know what every dollar does
Partnerships & BD
Build strategic partnerships across legal, medical, and fintech
Drive distribution, co‑marketing, and network growth through industry partners
Events & Activations
Plan and execute conferences, industry events, and IRL activations
Represent Disbo in the field and bring the energy back home
Execution & Team
Collaborate daily with leadership, product, and ops
Manage designers, content creators, agencies, and external vendors
Build and mentor the marketing team as we scale
Who You Are
4–8 years in marketing, growth, or brand — startup or high‑growth environment preferred
You’ve shipped viral content, not just talked about it
Strong in both organic social and paid acquisition
Comfortable running partnerships, events, or BD motions
Scrappy, creative, fast‑moving — you prefer launching over planning
Strong leader, clear communicator, sharp writer
You’ve directly owned and executed campaigns or content that produced measurable results (not just managed or advised).
Based in (or willing to relocate to) LA — this role is in‑office in Westwood

$60,000 — $100,000 (DOE)
