Job Description

This role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office.
The Marketing Coordinator is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative marketer who helps execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, attendance, exhibitor engagement, and revenue.
Reporting totheMarketing Manager, as the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible forattendeeand exhibitor marketing campaign execution in support ofSouth Florida Ventures.You play a key in supporting the delivery and success of marketing initiatives and campaigns that generate awareness, increase attendance and engagement of retailers, and drive revenue for our portfolioof shows while helping our customers (retailers and brands) grow their own businesses.
This role thrives in a fast-paced events environment where priorities shift daily,from building and deploying Eloqua campaigns, to coordinating creative asset delivery, to managing vendors, web updates, and onsite communications.
Role Accountability and Duties:
Assistwith planning, pacing,executingand reporting all marketing campaigns, both online and offline
On-going management ofmarketing campaigns, includingdelivery of tactics likeemail blasts, direct mail, webcontentand other tacticsaligned with established marketing plans and objectives
Audience segmentation/lists, suppression logic, and targeting. Email builds, QA, deployment, and post-send performance review. Canvases and campaignflows creationon Eloqua (as applicable).
Support marketing team in ensuring that campaigns, projects, and initiatives are on schedule and on budget
Supportcontent creation and copy managementfor: email campaigns, landing pages, website content, and forms. Createconversion-oriented messaging updates (headlines, CTAs, value props)
Work withmarketing managers,creativeteam,and brandteams on development and delivery ofneededmarketing materials; owndelivery withincalendar deadlines
Support the execution of multidimensional brand sponsorship marketing campaigns
Managemedia partnersfor show and campaign promotion. Coordinate promotional deliverables, deadlines, assets, and tracking links, andensure partner placements align tobrand identity,messagingand timelines.
Actively contribute creative ideas for new campaign initiatives based on past campaign performance, current trends and understanding of marketing and business objectives
Update marketing copy, contentonbrand AEM websitesand other owned channels as needed and as directed by marketing leads, content team; work withbrandmanagersandcreative team to ensure updates are reflective of the brand look, feel, and voice
Write creative, impactful, conversion-optimized marketing copy for a variety of purposes, platforms, and channels; work with cross functional teams (digital, copywriting/communications) tooptimizemarketing copy for conversion
Create emails and briefing documents for call center and retail relations campaigns
SupportPR and brand expansion effortsthrough content development and outreach coordination (in collaboration with comms/brand leads)
Manageadvocacy and Ingo campaigns, coordinating content, timing, and channel execution
Reporting and analysis: Ensure tracking and reporting on campaigns is delivered on schedule; manage post event analysis and report creation
Provide budgetary support including billing,raisepurchase orders (POs),coding of invoices,reconciliationand tracking
Provide onsite support during shows and events
Provide support to Sr Marketing Manager and marketing team on additional/other initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications

2+ years proven work experience within the marketing space
Bachelor's degree in Marketingor related field
Anentrepreneurial spirit and desire to take projects and run with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email + web + content + offline/partner channels)
Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for clarity, conversion, and brand voice
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements
B2Bexperience and understanding of industry a plus
Experience creating and executing marketing campaignsutilizingoffline, online,contentand social media marketing strategies
Abilityto analyzeand interpretdata andcreatereportsused to provideinsight tokey stakeholders
Eloquaexpertise: campaign builds, segmentation, deployment, and performance reporting
AEM managementincluding updates to web pages andESA frames management
Project managementproficiencywithJiraorMonday.com,leveragingan agile approach to planning, sprinting, and delivery
Comfortable working with tracking links/UTMs, basic QA, and cross-channel campaign coordination
Proficiencyin web content management platform, MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.Experience using Salesforce.
Adobe Analytics knowledge is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish is desired. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
