Responsibilities
As a Full Time Account Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with internal partners such as Purchasing, Operations and Planning to achieve common objectives. Your duties include following up on and investigating customer (big box retailers) issues or concerns to maintain our customer‑centric approach and drive continuous improvement. Your problem‑solving skills and attention to detail will be key in addressing and resolving any issues efficiently, contributing to our culture of excellence and high performance.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and account management skills, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in utilizing software and tools to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively with various internal departments and external big‑box retailers.
Detail‑oriented, proactive attitude, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with customer service or account management in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Information
Salary: $19–22 per hour.
