Senior Category Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager to drive profitable growth across assigned product categories.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance to identify trends and growth opportunities
Develop actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted growth strategies
Manage the end-to-end RFQ process and ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience (10+ years)
5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing Strategy, or Product Marketing in a multi-channel environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Proven experience managing RFQs and developing pricing strategies in B2B and B2C environments
Strong understanding of North American Automotive Aftermarket industry dynamics
