We are looking for a Marketing Manager who'll lead and supervise digital campaigns, advertising, creative projects, and new go-to-market strategy. The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include
developing plans to help establish our brand,
allocating resources to different projects, and
setting short-term and long-term department goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of relevant marketing experience
3+ years of successful and progressive management experience
Experience in content creation, SOE, Email, and PPC
Experience and knowledge in segmentation, data enhancement, attribution, optimization,
and B2B demand generation best practices
Proficient in Google Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives across all Savory brands
Create and adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department
Train and manage part of the marketing team
Assist in set, monitor, and report on team goals
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for all Savory brands
Ensure Savory brand messages are solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
Analyze consumer behavior and determine target customers
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Stay current on market trends and new research and implement accordingly.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Present ideas and final deliverables to senior leaders and communicate on marketing programs and strategies
Assist with other duties as assigned by upper management
