The Role
Join our Growth Team as a creative, detail‑oriented Video Editor. This is not a conventional editing role; you will craft compelling storytelling, build narratives, and create videos that capture attention and drive impact across a mix of short‑form, long‑form, and talking‑head content.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in video editing for both short‑form and long‑form content.
Experience editing talking‑head videos (YouTube, podcasts, educational or personal‑brand content).
Strong storytelling ability with an eye for pacing, emotion, and engagement.
Proficiency in VFX and SFX integration.
Ability to produce high‑quality content at a high volume.
Capacity to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with motion graphics, animations, and kinetic text.
Familiarity with social media trends and content performance strategies.
Strong understanding of audience engagement across digital platforms.
Ideal Profile
2–3+ years of professional video editing experience (freelance, agency, or in‑house).
Portfolio showing a range of short‑form and long‑form content.
Background in personal‑brand, podcast, or online‑education content.
Editing Strengths
Ability to make talking‑head content compelling even when raw footage is imperfect.
Strong instinct for pacing, hooks, and keeping viewers watching.
Understanding that a great video must perform.
