Role Summary
This position supports a store‑side research program, focused on customer learning through surveys and retail research. The role is centered on research execution and analysis, not end‑to‑end project ownership or vendor management. A strong retail background is mandatory, with Apple Retail store experience highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of customer surveys and retail research data

Support ad‑hoc and ongoing survey programs driven by evolving questions

Conduct customer behavior and in‑store experience analysis

Build insights and dashboards using

Tableau

Work with data using Snowflake, Excel, and Python

Present insights to APAC partners (schedule shared in advance)

Required Experience

Strong, hands‑on experience in research / research analysis

Retail store experience is mandatory

Tableau and Snowflake – required

Self‑directed, proactive, comfortable in an iterative research environment

AI exposure is a plus (no deep expertise required)

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $62.00 to $63.43.
