Job Title: Head of Ecommerce & Marketing (DTC Growth Lead)

Overview

Seeking a senior leader to own and scale the brand’s direct-to-consumer business across ecommerce and marketing. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing marketing team, and leading all digital and brand-facing initiatives across ecommerce, performance marketing, PR, partnerships, and customer retention.

This role will be both strategic and hands‑on, owning key execution across ecommerce and marketing in the near term, with the opportunity to build out a team over time.

You will oversee external partners (PR agency, paid media) and internal resources, while establishing a clear growth strategy and operational structure to scale the business. This is a highly impactful role for a strategic and hands‑on leader who can define the roadmap and execute against it.

Core Responsibilities – Growth & Performance

  • Own DTC revenue and KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV)
  • Develop and execute growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Lead ecommerce strategy including site experience, merchandising, and CRO
  • Oversee paid media and retention (email/SMS) performance
  • Establish reporting frameworks and drive data‑led decision making

Core Responsibilities – Brand & Execution

  • Oversee PR agency and influencer/gifting strategy
  • Lead partnerships and collaborations
  • Oversee campaign execution across marketing and ecommerce
  • Ensure alignment across creative, marketing, and site experience

What You Bring

  • 8–12+ years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling a DTC business and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Experience managing external agencies including paid media and PR
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention, and CRO
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Highly strategic with the ability to execute when needed
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset

Salary $150,000
