The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of business and technology initiatives across Product, Data & Systems, Engineering, QA, and Analytics.
This role ensures that prioritized business needs are delivered efficiently, dependencies are managed proactively, and releases are complete and high quality - including analytics, reporting and enablement.
As a member of this team, the ideal candidate will work closely with Leadership, Sales Operations, Data & Systems, Analytics, and key stakeholders bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives without introducing unnecessary process overhead.

Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of initiatives from intake through release
Ensure alignment between Product Owner (Business) priorities and Technology delivery
Track progress across multiple concurrent work streams and work closely with Project Management to ensure risks are identified and status on projects are accurate
Ensure delivery timelines are realistic and adhered to - identify early when a timeline is not feasible or not going to be met.
Act as the central point of coordination across
Product Owners/Business Stakeholders
Data & Systems, Engineering and QA
Analytics/Reporting
Ensure all teams are aligned on scope, priorities, and timelines
Identify upstream and downstream dependencies early
Facilitate resolution of cross-team dependencies
Proactively surface risks, blockers, and trade offs
Drive timely resolution and escalation when needed
Ensure releases are fully prepared, including:
UAT complete
QA completion and validation (understand level of QA needed)
Analytics and reporting requirements
Training materials and Business Readiness
Partner with Change Management to ensure smooth rollout
Improve team efficiency and reduce cycle time
Ensure consistent execution without adding unnecessary steps/bureaucracy
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-8+ years in delivery, program management, or operations roles
Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps environments
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong execution mindset with a focus on outcomes
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity
High accountability and ownership mentality
Ability to influence others without direct authority
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in Sales Operations, CRM (i.e. Salesforce), or media/ad tech environments
Familiarity with data, reporting and analytics workflows
Experience supporting Sales organizations
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range = 130000-170000 USD Annually+ Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
