Your Missions
As

Research Manager

within our

Insight Department , you will play a key role in leading international research projects

from study design through to final delivery .

You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to generating

high-impact insights that support better healthcare decisions .

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end quantitative and mixed-method healthcare market research projects

Design robust study methodologies, questionnaires, and analysis plans

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met

Act as primary client contact and build long-term trusted partnerships

Translate data into clear insights, executive-ready reports, and strategic recommendations

Present findings to senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Collaborate with internal operations, programming, analytics, and international teams

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and pharmacovigilance requirements when applicable

Mentor researchers and contribute to best practices across the team

Support business development through pitches and client growth opportunities

Who are you?
We are looking for a client-focused and analytically minded professional with:

A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research or a related discipline, preferably combined with a scientific background

8+ years of experience in quantitative market research within the healthcare sector

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, statistical functions, database management), PowerPoint and ideally Power BI

Strong organizational and analytical skills

A naturally curious, rigorous and solution-oriented mindset

A strong client-service orientation and excellent communication skills

Based in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
