TB PRojects, Los Angeles, CA, United States

Salary: $500–$1,200 per month

Role Overview
Compensation:

$500–$1,200 per month (based on experience, capabilities, and availability)

Time Commitment:

5–12 hours per week

The Role
Social Media Coordinator (Electronic Music / Indie Artist) — we’re hiring a reliable, culturally aware social media professional to work directly with a founder who is an indie electronic music artist and record label owner. The primary focus is building the presence of an electronic artist heavily influenced by 90s rave culture, underground dance music, and modern social trends. You will also support a secondary AI/Education brand, but music is the priority.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow into managing and shaping the social presence of a serious, long-term music project.

Trajectory
This role begins with execution and organization, but there is clear upward growth for the right person.

Phase 1 – Execution & Reliability

Manage daily posting schedule

Organize assets

Ensure consistent output

Handle captions, hashtags, formatting, scheduling

Phase 2 – Creative Expansion

Edit short-form videos (CapCut or similar)

Create hooks optimized for TikTok/Reels

Style content around electronic music aesthetics

Identify trends and adapt them to the artist’s brand

There is real upside here for someone who wants to run socials for a musician, shape creative direction, and grow with an artist who is actively building momentum.

Daily Responsibilities (Must-Haves)
Posting Schedule (Monday–Friday availability):

Morning Block: Retrieve and post 4 videos to TikTok

Evening Block: Retrieve and post 4 videos to TikTok

You may batch work (e.g., schedule drafts earlier in the week, use TikTok’s native scheduler, or prepare posts in advance). What matters is reliability and execution.

Workflow

Pull finished content from Dropbox

Ensure posts go live on time

Track basic performance metrics

Suggest improvements over time
