Production Designer - 100% Remote - Part Time

Responsibilities

Update and maintain design assets across multiple formats including PDFs, presentations, digital ads, print materials, and templates
Apply brand guidelines consistently across pre-designed layouts and systems
Customize materials for end clients, including benefit forms and branded communications
Edit and format documents using Adobe InDesign (primary focus) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing)
Swap logos, imagery, colors, and copy with a high degree of accuracy
Create and modify forms, documents, and simple layouts for both internal and external use
Produce deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
Utilize tools like Adobe Express to generate on-brand assets efficiently
Prepare files for print and digital distribution (formatting, exporting, packaging)
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and internal stakeholders to execute projects efficiently
Track and manage work through project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (required)
Experience editing and working with Adobe PDFs (Acrobat)
Comfortable designing within Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Experience working within established templates and brand guidelines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Effective communication skills and openness to feedback
