The work:
We are seeking an

Azure DevOps Server (ADS) Business Analyst / Agile Delivery Specialist

with hands‑on experience in SAFe Agile methodologies and a strong background using Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira to support project tracking, backlog management, and cross‑team collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in process improvement, and an ability to work effectively within evolving priorities and fast‑paced Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with SAFe Agile practices

Utilize Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira for backlog management, project tracking, workflow coordination, and reporting

Translate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and user experience

Support release coordination, sprint planning, and requirements traceability

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision‑making

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, validate requirements, and drive stakeholder alignment

Assist with testing activities, including validating requirements and assessing solution quality

Develop documentation such as process flows, user stories, business rules, and business cases

Here’s what you need:

Minimum 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps Server (ADS) and Jira to support Agile project tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination

Hands‑on experience working within SAFe Agile methodologies, including facilitation of Agile ceremonies and support for sprint planning and release activities

Strong capability in gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and technical or functional requirements

Proven ability to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements and translate them into actionable user stories or specifications

Strong documentation skills, including creating process flows, user stories, business rules, and business cases

Bachelor’s degree and active Top Secret clearance required

Proficiency with SAFe Agile practices, Azure DevOps Server, and Jira

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states and location: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $78,600—$160,200 USD. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
