Position Overview
The Communications & Enrichment Program Coordinator is a part-time, ten-month position (19.5 hours per week). This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAE Enrichment program while leading the organization’s marketing, website, and social media presence.

Schedule and Hours
Approximate hours (some flexibility when enrichment program is not in session):

Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:45 PM

Flexible remaining hours for discussion: 5.75 hours

Additional hours during peak times

Start date and Compensation

Training/Orientation: May 2026.

Full Schedule Begins: August 10, 2026.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Enrichment Program Management: Coordinate all aspects of the enrichment program, including instructor recruitment, class scheduling, and processing of student registrations and payments.

Digital Presence & Website Oversight: Plan, implement, and monitor the Shoreline Adult Education website to ensure information is current and accessible.

Marketing & Communications: Create a visible online presence for all SAE programs through social media and digital platforms. Produce and proof the biannual Shoreline Adult Education catalog.

Program Growth & Evaluation: Seek out new course offerings to enhance the program and evaluate student satisfaction and course utilization.

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare quarterly reports tracking enrichment program outcomes and marketing effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva and Constant Contact.

Experience: Proven experience using various social media platforms; graphic design and website management experience is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a variety of settings; highly detail-oriented and creative.

Knowledge: Familiarity with adult education programs and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations of different ages and cultures.
