Visual Designer – hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Visual Designer will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s brand identity and visual storytelling across digital and marketing channels. This individual will be highly hands‑on, creating compelling design assets that support campaigns, product narratives, and overall brand presence. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and execute high‑quality visual designs for campaigns, brand assets, and digital experiences
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling across multiple channels
Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Contribute to and evolve brand guidelines and creative systems
Support optimization of visual assets based on performance and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high‑quality, and dynamic design work
Experience within a creative agency or design‑forward tech environment
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects familiarity preferred
Ability to balance creative vision with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced setting
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
