Voice Actor – German Speakers (AI Training)
About The Role: What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality German audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a quiet space to record, and a sharp ear for what great audio sounds like.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality voice samples in German based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic, natural delivery
- Work independently on task-based assignments entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a similar field
- Owner of a high-quality microphone with access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience evaluating or directing voice recordings in a professional context
- Familiarity with audio production software or DAWs
- Knowledge of regional German accent variations — Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
- Background in linguistics, broadcast, theatre, or communications
- Prior exposure to AI audio tools or voice evaluation workflows
