## Description***Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Photographer for our partner dealers in Farmington Hills, Michigan!*****Job Description:** This role is responsible for photographing dealership inventory, staging vehicles, uploading images to online platforms, and helping keep inventory listings accurate and retail-ready. This position is ideal for someone with experience in **automotive photography, dealership inventory, lot operations, vehicle merchandising, porter/lot attendant work, detailing, auction, fleet, valet, or reconditioning environments**.**Key Responsibilities:*** Photograph new and used vehicles for dealership websites and online inventory listings.* Capture consistent interior, exterior, odometer, VIN, key feature, and condition photos.* Stage, position, and move vehicles safely throughout active dealership lots.* Drive both **manual and automatic transmission vehicles**.* Upload, organize, and manage vehicle photos in inventory systems.* Ensure vehicles are clean, properly staged, and photo-ready before shooting.* Communicate with sales, service, and inventory teams regarding priority units or missing vehicles.* Identify and report visible damage, missing features, or inventory discrepancies.* Meet daily production goals while maintaining photo quality and accuracy.## Qualifications**Must-Have Qualifications*** Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.* Ability to drive **manual transmission** vehicles.* Comfortable safely moving vehicles in a dealership lot environment.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized photo processes.* Basic computer, tablet, smartphone, or mobile app skills.* Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.* Able to stand, walk, bend, enter/exit vehicles, and move throughout the shift.* Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.---**Preferred Experience*** Automotive inventory photography or vehicle merchandising experience.* Dealership porter, lot attendant, valet, auction, fleet, or rental car experience.* Automotive detailing, reconditioning, or photo-ready vehicle prep experience.* Experience using DSLR, mirrorless camera, smartphone photography, or inventory upload systems.* General automotive knowledge, including vehicle trims, features, options, and condition awareness.**Beneficial Types of Previous Experience:*** Automotive Inventory Photographer* Vehicle Merchandiser / Inventory Merchandising Specialist* Dealership Porter / Lot Attendant* Valet Driver with manual transmission experience* Automotive Detailer / Reconditioning Technician**Apply today to start your career in Xcite Automotive! #INDAUTO1****Company Description**: Xcite Automotive is a fast-growing automotive service and a software-based company that helps dealers get vehicles frontline-ready quickly and efficiently.
