Position Summary
This position serves as the recognized resource for external marketing, document preparation, and public‑facing content development for the Office of Curriculum and Instruction (OCI), Literacy Unit. The Analyst will manage the OCI Literacy Unit’s web presence and social media channels, ensuring compliance with ADA accessibility standards. The Analyst also supports outreach and promotional activities for literacy conferences, grants, K‑12 literacy and dyslexia laws, and collaborates with literacy staff to plan and execute events.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the OCI Literacy Unit’s website and social media channels (Facebook, X/Twitter, Instagram)

Ensure that all published materials comply with ADA accessibility standards

Support outreach and promotional activities for literacy conferences, grants, and related initiatives

Collaborate with literacy staff to plan and execute seminars, conferences, professional development events, and stakeholder engagements such as educator trainings and community literacy events
