Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator, Loyalty & CRM is responsible for the day‑to‑day management, execution, and creative development of digital and promotional campaigns. This role supports the end‑to‑end workflow for email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels, driving timelines, building campaigns, coordinating reviews, and supporting performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage the day‑to‑day execution of multi‑channel digital campaigns, leveraging appropriate execution experts as needed.

Own the set‑up and build email, SMS, push notifications and in‑app communication via multiple activation platforms.

Facilitate appropriate reviews and QA of promotions and channel communication to ensure executional excellence.

Collaborate with the Loyalty & CRM team, keeping them informed at all phases of campaigns and proactively identifying potential risks and roadblocks.

Manage the monthly promotional calendar and communicate with key stakeholders to drive field awareness and preparedness.

Collaborate with marketing, coffeehouse operations, digital experience, guest relations and external partners to gain alignment, set expectations, and ensure campaigns are supported and successfully activated.

Assist with campaign reporting and analytics, helping identify insights and recommendations for future optimizations.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.

Self‑motivated, proactive with the ability to make quick adjustments in response to business needs.

Effective project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail, organization and accountability to deliver.

Highly collaborative, with an ability to successfully work across internal functions as well as with external partners to achieve results.

Demonstrated interest in loyalty, lifecycle and performance marketing.

Qualifications
Required:

1–2 years’ experience in project management, marketing or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience working with creative, agency and vendor partners.

Experience in email and mobile marketing platforms or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP).

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements must be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation
$43,305.00 – $82,723.00 per year

Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.

Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position.
