About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to support marketing execution across three client accounts in the B2B and B2C space. This is a part-time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) where you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through compelling content and consistent social media execution.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Create, schedule, and publish posts aligned with each client’s messaging and brand guidelines

Maintain a consistent posting cadence across three client accounts

Monitor engagement and flag or respond to comments and messages as appropriate

Write engaging social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and short‑form content

Adapt messaging across different industries, audiences, and marketing goals

Repurpose content across channels (e.g., blogs into social posts or email snippets)

Design simple, polished social graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Maintain visual consistency with each client’s brand standards

Manage content calendars and publishing schedules through social media tools

Coordinate with internal team members on campaign timelines and deliverables

Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and click‑through rates

Deliver monthly insights and recommendations to improve content performance

Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute creative ideas for campaigns

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in social media marketing and content marketing with strong work samples

Experience managing social and content for multiple brands or client accounts

Excellent copywriting skills for social media, blogs, and digital content

Experience creating social graphics using Canva or similar design tools

Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly, or HubSpot

Ability to track and interpret social media analytics and performance data

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfort working in a fast‑paced agency environment

A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for brainstorming creative ideas

Preferred Experience

B2B marketing experience

Experience in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, construction, or professional services

Blog writing and SEO‑friendly content creation

Experience supporting paid media campaigns with organic content
