The Director of Sales Operations at Millennium Broadband Solutions will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. This leadership position involves strategic oversight of sales operations, driving data-informed decisions, continuous process improvement, leading key initiatives, optimizing sales tools (including CRM systems), and providing strategic insights to boost overall sales and marketing performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead sales enablement initiatives by implementing tools, training, and resources that improve team effectiveness and productivity

Identify, implement, and manage sales automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Drive key sales initiatives and projects focused on increasing productivity, simplifying processes, and supporting strategic goals

Monitor and report on initiative progress, ensuring alignment with company objectives and measurable impact on performance

Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to improve data integrity and operational efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations) to develop reporting, insights, and data-driven strategies

Analyze sales performance through KPIs, pipeline metrics, forecasting, and win/loss data to identify trends and opportunities

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth and improve team performance

Lead communication and change management efforts impacting the sales organization, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams

Partner with leadership to develop and maintain communication strategies, including updates on key initiatives and organizational changes

Ensure timely, accurate communication and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategic initiatives across the sales team

Foster continuous improvement by gathering feedback, measuring effectiveness, and refining processes, tools, and communication strategies
