Responsibilities:
Serves as the

Technical Writer

for IT and Application Development projects writing SOPs, policies, technical documents, training documents etc.
Requirements gathering for document development and technical writing, SOPs, Desk Guides, 508 compliances,

SharePoint records mgmt., SharePoint admin , Testing and QA
Customer stakeholder management and resource team management
Build strong relationships with the stakeholders
Organizes, manages, and drives completion of project delivery tasks, assuring proper application of project management standards, tools and methodologies and deliverables
Knowledge of Agile Events / Ceremonies - effectively manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support development and product releases
Retrospective - Identify pain points for Agile squad and bring in fresh practical ideas
Ensure scope management while timely meeting solution and schedule delivery
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders
Knowledge of management practices and program implementation
Any required and appropriate security or suitability clearances

Education : Requires Bachelor's degree and six to eight years of related experience.
