Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

ssistant Brand Manager

to support our growing

skincare brand . The ideal candidate is passionate about

beauty and wellness , understands current

skincare trends , and is eager to contribute to

brand storytelling, campaign execution, and daily marketing operations .
Work Hours:
5 days a week, 9 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-7 PM (EST)
In-office

2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:

Support

new product launches , including concept development, copywriting, product positioning, packaging, sample coordination, competitive research, retailer submission decks, and go-to-market planning
Collaborate with

sales and retail teams

to develop

in-store and online promotions , ensuring alignment with brand strategy
ssist in the

planning, coordination, and execution

of integrated marketing campaigns across

digital, social, and retail channels
Coordinate

PR events, sampling activations, and pop-ups , handling logistics, timelines, and vendor communication
Track

SKU and campaign performance , preparing weekly/monthly marketing reports
Compile the

weekly 360 marketing deck

(sales review, newness performance tracker)
ssist with

demand planning

for new items (monthly) and

inventory management

for brand and channels
Conduct

competitive and trend analysis

to inform campaign strategies and innovation planning
Partner closely with

cross-functional teams

to enhance brand awareness, sales, profitability, and stock levels
Lead brand initiatives and gain alignment on key strategies requested by the Brand Manager
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field
3-5 years of

marketing experience , preferably in

skincare, beauty, or Client industry
Experience working with

Sephora, Ulta, or beauty specialty channels
Strong

communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in

Microsoft Office ; experience with

dobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics

is a plus
Passionate about

skincare

and knowledgeable about

beauty trends and consumer behavior
Self-starter with a

proactive attitude

and a keen eye for detail
Proven ability to apply

nalytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Experience collaborating with

R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams

to develop

innovative products

with compelling storytelling and seamless execution
Preferred Qualifications:

reading, writing, and speaking Korean
