Remote (preference for local to New York)

Schedule: Project-based
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:

The Video/Sound Editor will be responsible for:

Editing supplied footage
Creating first cuts independently
Incorporating feedback and revisions
Working with documentary-style projects
Occasional filming if required
Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience
Relevant degree in media or a similar field
Adobe Premiere Pro experience
Proficiency in video editing
Proficiency in sound editing
Strong organizational skills
Creativity
Attention to detail
Collaboration skills
Desired Skills:

5 years of experience
Master's degree in multimedia
Certified in Adobe tools
Experience in cultural institutions
