Position Responsibilities:
Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across demand generation, ABM, and digital channels
Own pipeline growth, lead generation, and marketing performance metrics (MQL SAL)
Manage and transition outsourced marketing efforts into an in-house function
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
Oversee brand, content, and campaign execution across all channels
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Expertise in demand generation and B2B healthcare marketing
6+ years' Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health marketing
Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and growth marketing strategies
Working Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, outbound platforms)
BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
Compensation $150k-$170k, Health Insurance, Paid Vacation
