About the Role

The Fort Worth Vaqueros are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Streaming Production Intern

to lead and execute our live match-day broadcasts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in live streaming, sports production, or broadcast media who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance soccer environment.

You will play a critical role in delivering a professional, engaging viewing experience for fans watching Vaqueros matches across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

lead production manager

for all Vaqueros and Vaqueras live streams (home matches and select events)
Plan, set up, and execute live broadcasts including camera operation, switching, audio, graphics, and streaming software
Manage and direct a small production crew (camera operators, commentators, replay/graphics assistants)
Coordinate with club staff on matchday timelines, sponsorship integrations, and in-game promotions
Ensure high-quality video and audio output across streaming platforms (YouTube, social media, league platforms, etc.)
Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions
Oversee pre-production planning including equipment checks, run of show, and broadcast scripting
Assist in post-game content delivery, highlights, and archived footage management
Maintain and organize production equipment and inventory
Qualifications
Prior experience in

live streaming, broadcast production, or sports media

(required)
Strong knowledge of streaming software (e.g., OBS, vMix, Wirecast) and production workflows
Experience with camera operation, audio setup, and live switching
Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for soccer and live sports production is highly preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
Preferred Skills
Experience with

sports broadcasting or game-day production
Familiarity with graphics systems, replay tools, and scorebug overlays
Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Understanding of streaming platforms and audience engagement strategies
