INTEGRATED MARKETING MANAGER

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Partner with key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes
Support go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy and implementation
Research, monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor products and marketing activities
Contribute to account planning, forecasting and budget management
Brand Management, Advocacy and Engagement
Serve as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency in voice, tone and experience across all consumer touchpoints
Support development and evolution of brand guidelines, visual identity systems and messaging frameworks
Collaborate with Creative/Studio teams to manage and maintain brand assets and asset management systems
Identify and support opportunities in PR, brand advocacy and customer loyalty initiatives
Review and assess incoming partnership inquiries from creators, agencies, and brands to identify high-impact collaboration opportunities
Campaign Development & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on authoring of creative briefs and development of creative campaigns (evergreen, seasonal and product launches)
Participate in media and creative planning sessions to ensure alignment across channels
Lead execution of integrated campaigns across channels including OOH, print, social, web, email, SEM, video and B2B
Partner with Digital, Web and Studio teams to deliver high-quality, on-strategy work
Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
Oversee timelines, deliverables and communications across stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
Align cross-functional teams and proactively identify risks, roadblocks and solutions
Ensure cohesive execution across multiple workstreams and partners

Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in marketing or integrated marketing roles
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect big-picture ideas to execution
Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Outlook
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: able to view, annotate and navigate creative files without needing a designer to hold your hand
Experience with collaborative proofing platforms for managing review cycles, versioning, and stakeholder feedback
