About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, loves helping, and wants to be part of something exciting. This isn't your typical customer service gig; you'll be the voice of EV Auto, helping customers navigate their journey into electric vehicles, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves people feeling good.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and text and respond quickly, warmly, and helpfully

Answer questions about our vehicles, services, and process (we'll teach you everything)

Follow up with customers to keep deals moving and relationships strong

Help troubleshoot issues and turn frustrated customers into happy ones

Keep our CRM updated and organized (details matter here)

Spot opportunities to help customers find what they need, even if they didn't know they needed it

Work closely with our sales and service teams to deliver a seamless experience

Share feedback from customers so we can keep getting better

What We're Looking For

Someone stable, reliable, and drama-free (seriously, we like our good vibes)

Excellent communicator; you write well, speak well, and listen even better

Very organized and detail-oriented

Patient and positive, even when things get hectic

Previous client-facing experience is great, but attitude matters most

Comfortable with computers, software and learning new systems

Bilingual or multilingual? Huge bonus.
