Chatham Choir Summer Assistant

Chatham Choir Summer Assistant should have a foundational knowledge of music, preferably choral octavo score. The summer assistant position will work with the choral director to inventory and organize music in the choral library, and items associated with the choral program. The assistant will also work with admissions to arrange recruiting for the music program at designated admission events, and collaborate with alumni affairs to gather music contacts for the database.

Work schedule is flexible.

Learning Outcomes:

-Gain ensemble administrative knowledge

-Learn music library scoring

-Marketing/recruiting

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
