Summary of Responsibilities:
The Digital Media Manager will support Chervon's Digital Marketing initiatives and coordination of campaign launches under the leadership of the Sr. Integrated Media Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing goals & execution based on Retail business initiatives. This individual will work with internal team members including Channel Management, eCommerce, Creative, Brand Management, and external agencies to support the development of Digital and Retail Media campaigns. The Digital Media Manager must be an organized multitasker with a keen eye on details of Retail Media campaign execution, while juggling many projects at once and being adaptable to change. The Digital Media Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, sharing out findings and recommending optimizations.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Strategy, planning and channel execution
Assist Senior Manager, along with external agencies, to execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across digital, social, CTV, and traditional channels to drive brand growth.
Plan and execute paid campaigns within Retail Media Networks (such as Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Lowe's Media Network, including sponsored search) and co-marketing efforts in partnership with the Channel team and external agencies. Work hand in hand with the Channel teams to collect all input for campaign launch to deliver successful end-to-end execution. Collaborate on media strategies that complement in-store activations, promotions, or joint business plans with retail partners.
Manage day-to-day relationships with platform reps (Amazon, LMN, etc.) to stay ahead of best practices, unlock betas, and test new media formats.
Work closely with external agency partners to review and evaluate digital media and influencer marketing.
Performance analysis and reporting
Monitor spend pacing, performance trends, and attribution to inform cross-functional decisions and campaign pivots.
Provide regular reporting, learnings, and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with the Channel Managers to ensure all plans are aligned to better facilitate go-to market execution with retail partners.
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and media strategies are aligned across all channels.
Work with the Media Traffic Manager to coordinate and support requests to/from internal teams and/or external agencies based on the campaign requirements. Communicate deadlines and tracks projects to completion with stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. Minimum work experience of 5 years to be considered.
Experience in Digital Marketing or Media Planning/Buying is required. Agency experience is a plus.
Experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Lowe's Media Network, Triangle Media, or any other Retail Media Network is a strong plus.
Detail oriented, solution-driven and organized. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detailed budget management skills.
Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights.
Experience managing agency relationships and/or vendor partnerships.
Ability to work with diverse types of people and communication styles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must!
The salary range for this position is $110k to $140k. Offers are generally made between this range depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. In some cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer outside of the posted range.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not have any direct reports.
Travel:
Role may require some local travel as necessary, 10% or less.
