Brand Manager Hyundai
Main responsibilities
To drive the commercial performance of Hyundai Brand on the network, ensuring achievement of corporate targets, excellent execution on the territory, development of campaigns and corrective plans on dealers/models in difficulty, in coordination with OEM, Sales Management and internal functions.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for:
KPI Governance & Performance Management: definition of financial targets for Field Force and dealer network, performance monitoring, variance analysis and recovery plans.
Coordinamento Field Force: operational and commercial leadership of the Field Force Team, with a focus on execution, priority and quality.
Reporting & Insight alla Direzione: preparation of structured reports (weekly/monthly) with KPIs, trends, critical issues and operational recommendations.
Sviluppo rete & Action Plan: management of underperforming dealers, definition of action plans, negotiation of annual offers and support in the achievement of profitability targets.
Campagne, CRM & Loyalty: launch of commercial initiatives on critical models/areas, monitoring CRM activities and retention programs to increase conversion and repurchase.
Training & Coaching: development of Sales/F&I skills, readiness monitoring and structured feedback to the Field Force.
Stakeholder & Project Governance: constant alignment with the Sales/Marketing Director and effective implementation of projects in the area.
Candidate profile
Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar.
Consolidated experience (ideally 5+ years) in commercial, brand/camping management roles with strong network exposure (automotive finance/captive/banking/consumer finance = plus).
Excellent analytical and performance management skills (KPIs, reporting, business review).
Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders (OEM, dealer network, Field Force, internal functions), "influence" leadership.
Advanced use of office suites (excel, power point).
Availability to travel around the territory;
