We were founded in 1886 as an orphanage and have grown into an organization operating across the Carolinas and into Florida with new operations expanding in Tennessee. What will you do as a Program Supervisor for our youth residential programs?

Be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs you lead.

Prioritize tasks for your youth care specialists, communicate proactively and remove obstacles so the team can provide excellent care.

Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead.

Travel to various residential facilities within the Knoxville area as required.

What does this position offer?

Salary: $55‑58k annually.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in health & human services.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Experience in leadership/management (short‑term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions).

Minimum 3 years of experience working with residential youth programs or related field.

Valid driver’s license and meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards for the programs you lead.

Must pass drug screening and an extensive background check.
