Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Product Manager to lead the development and execution of women's training apparel product lines for a globally recognized leader in the footwear industry. This is a high-impact role focused on driving product excellence, consumer relevance, and commercial success within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Location & Schedule

On-site with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Experience Level

5-7+ years of product management experience in apparel required

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product creation for women's training apparel, with a focus on sports bras and performance wear

Define and execute product strategy aligned to consumer insights, market trends, and business goals

Partner closely with design, merchandising, and technical design teams to bring products from concept through commercialization

Develop compelling product narratives and visual tools to support cross-functional alignment and decision-making

Manage calendars, milestones, and seasonal timelines to ensure on-time delivery of product assortments

Analyze retail performance and apply retail math to inform product decisions and assortment strategy

Collaborate with athletes, consumers, and internal partners to gather insights and validate product direction

What We're Looking For

Deep experience in apparel product management, ideally within women's performance or training categories

Strong understanding of retail math, product lifecycle, and consumer-driven product strategy

Advanced skills in Excel and Keynote for analysis and storytelling

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and clarity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in women's performance apparel, especially sports bras or technical apparel categories

Strong consumer and competitor awareness in the athletic/performance space

Background in product innovation and trend-driven assortment planning

Prior experience with a globally recognized leader in the footwear or performance apparel industry
