Production Technician (1st Shift 8am-4:30pm)

Salary: $19.25/hour


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Production Technician you’ll perform work activities in relation to the cutting, coating, fabrication, assembly and tempering of glass products. You’ll focus on the quality and timely delivery of completed tasks and adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read tags to verify glass type, color, and size.
Ensure minimal breakage and acceptable levels of quality.
Quality inspection of all products
Perform clean-up of work area
Ensure safety and productivity goals are regularly met.
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to work in a fast environment.
Good Hand/Eye coordination and attention to detail
Physical stamina to handle the demands of often standing for long periods of time.
Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs.
Wear PPE as required, including steal toe work boots.
Withstand varying hot/cool temperature fluctuations of a manufacturing environment.
Pass pre-employment background, physical & drug screening process.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed which could include occasional weekend shift work.
PAY INFORMATION:

Full-Time Position
$19.25/hour
