Purpuse
Serve as the country-level CRM specialist for AbbVie Israel, responsible for managing the Veeva CRM system, supporting business users, and enabling high-quality customer data, reporting, and insights. Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve CRM processes, align local needs with global requirements, and enhance the effectiveness of field and medical teams.
Responsibilities
Managing Veeva CRM system
Reporting to Israel CEX Director
Collaborate closely with CEX BI Manager, Training Manager, Digital Manager, BTS and the brand teams
Administrative tasks in CRM: data quality, reporting practices, execution of global requirements, finding ways to meet local needs
In-depth recognition of the CRM associated systems
Guiding and supporting field-based Commercial and Medical colleagues in their ways of working, e.g., planning, reporting and recording customer data
Creation of processes to optimize work
Organization of all training materials
Technical savviness, interest and willingness to learn and explore new systems and technology
Usability of Veeva CRM as source for analysis and dashboards
Reach an understanding of the business and the ability to independently create dashboards as needed in coordination with the parties Relevant
Qualifications
Previous experience from CRM is must
Understanding of what customer relationship management means in the pharma industry
Willingness and curiosity to learn and explore new systems and technology
Systematic working style; ability to evaluate affiliate needs and what comes from the Global team
Willingness to take ownership of one’s area of work and grow as an expert
5 years of relevant working experience
