Graduate College Administrative & Marketing Support Student Employee
This position is open to undergraduate and graduate students for the Summer 2026 semester only, and applications must be submitted through the Missouri State Applicant Portal. Applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full‑time basis and are not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Primary Duties

Assist with general office duties and running errands.

Answer emails and student inquiries.

Coordinate and provide campus tours for prospective graduate students.

Maintain spreadsheets and reports related to enrollment and program information.

Assist with Graduate College social media planning, creation, and posting.

Use the Graduate College customer relationship management platform (CRM) to develop and edit emails.

Support Graduate College events, including preparation, planning, promotion, and execution.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled at Missouri State University.

Meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; willing to learn additional online software.

Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Maintain the Missouri State and Graduate College brand standards across communication channels.

Maintain confidentiality of office records and files.

Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
