Job Title: Aesthetic Regional Sales Manager - Upper Midwest

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads, develops, and executes B2B strategies to drive revenue growth for Galderma’s full Aesthetic brand portfolio within the assigned region. The RSM directly manages a team of Aesthetic Business Managers (ABMs) and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet regional performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide strategic direction to ABMs, managing B2B sales activities and meeting regional sales goals and budgets.
Coach and mentor ABMs on sell techniques, buy‑and‑bill processes, and market strategies to increase product demand.
Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans and forecasts to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement national and regional strategies.
Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to promote accountability and customer‑focused selling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and key aesthetic accounts.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing ABMs.
Maintain CRM documentation, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management for regional planning and performance tracking.
Participate in company sales meetings, national and regional aesthetic conventions, trade shows, and field rides.
Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all business interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university required.
Minimum 8+ years of commercial experience in sales, brand management, sales training, or national account management. Prior injectable aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated high performance and prior people‑management experience preferred.
Strong ability to build professional relationships and establish credibility with internal and external customers.
Proven skill in developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans.
Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and resource‑management skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced environment.
Strong ethics and commitment to integrity.
Valid driver’s license required.
Travel up to 40‑50% of the time.
Work Environment Characteristics and Physical Requirements
Operate a motor vehicle.

Compensation
The base salary range is $135,000 to $175,000 USD. A competitive commission plan is available. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, generous paid time off, hybrid work schedules, and more.
