Job Summary
We are seeking a highly execution‑focused and data‑driven Sr. E-commerce Performance & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support the growth of OLIVE YOUNG U.S. e‑commerce. This role will be responsible for the hands‑on execution, optimization, and performance management of paid media and affiliate channels, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and execution of performance and affiliate marketing strategies for OLIVE YOUNG U.S. E-commerce, contributing to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficiency goals

Own day‑to‑day execution and optimization across paid media and affiliate channels, ensuring campaigns are properly launched, managed, and continuously improved

Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across major paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager

Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategy execution, budget pacing, spend monitoring, creative rotation, and ongoing optimization across paid channels

Monitor and analyze performance across key metrics including traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and revenue contribution, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations

Build and execute channel plans in alignment with business goals, promotional priorities, seasonal campaigns, and budget guidance

Partner closely with Onsite, CRM, Membership, MD, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure paid media and affiliate execution is aligned with landing pages, promotional offers, campaign calendars, and customer journey objectives

Support testing initiatives across audience segments, messaging, creative variations, bidding approaches, offers, and landing experiences to improve acquisition quality and channel efficiency

Manage affiliate programs and external partners, including coordination with networks, publisher communication, partner onboarding support, campaign execution, and performance tracking

Identify opportunities to grow affiliate contribution through partner engagement, promotional alignment, and optimization of existing relationships

Support major campaign and promotional moments by executing channel‑specific activation plans across paid and affiliate channels

Report on performance results to internal stakeholders, clearly communicating trends, insights, risks, and optimization opportunities

Stay informed on paid media platform updates, affiliate marketing trends, and digital commerce developments to continuously improve execution and performance

Support improvements in campaign workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes across internal teams and external partners

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or e‑commerce growth marketing

Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager

Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals (campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgeting, creative rotation)

Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights

Ability to support testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers

Experience working with affiliate programs or external marketing partners

Strong operational and execution mindset

Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

E‑commerce, retail, beauty, or consumer brand experience

Korean language proficiency (plus for HQ collaboration)

Experience with affiliate networks (Rakuten, Impact, CJ, ShareASale, etc.)

Familiarity with GA4, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar tools

Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets

Experience with Jira, Slack, or similar workflow tools

Exposure to CRM or lifecycle marketing coordination

Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

U.S. e‑commerce or global digital marketing experience preferred
