In this role, you will lead a wide range of research initiatives from proposal through delivery, guiding high‑impact studies that shape how millions of users engage with this platform every day. Your Impact

  • Drive all phases of custom mixed methods research projects, including proposal drafting, research design, questionnaire and discussion guide development, data analysis and storytelling.
  • Inform product evolution, content and communication strategy, and platform positioning with an emphasis on advanced methods such as segmentations, conjoint, discrete choice modeling, pricing studies and market sizing.
  • Translate research data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual, creative, and story‑driven reports.
  • Oversee the full portfolio of research initiatives for this client, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across projects; maintain continuity in audience definitions, frameworks, and key metrics to build a cohesive, cumulative body of insights that drive stronger decision‑making over time.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of analysts and managers, providing clear, actionable feedback across all phases of project work; actively coach team members to deepen methodological expertise, elevate quality of deliverables, and drive consistent high performance.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the client, building strong relationships, deeply understanding their business objectives, and driving successful project execution and long‑term partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and provide oversight to junior team members in coordinating logistics with internal and external operations teams (programming, fieldwork, facilities, moderators, data processing), and partner with these teams to drive projects forward on stringent timelines.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience – 7+ years working in consumer insights, consumer research or in an insights role at an entertainment, media or technology company.
  • Degree – B.A./B.S. in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field (additional degrees welcomed).
  • Passion – Enthusiasm for research, data‑driven approaches, and strategic thinking. Strong interest in creator platforms and industry trends.
  • Research practitioner – In‑depth understanding of complex qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Client‑centric – Proven experience building relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance.
  • People leadership – Ability to manage, coach, develop high‑performing teams; skilled at delivering feedback, managing performance, setting goals.
  • Data driven – Expertise in working with data to identify trends and insights, including structured and unstructured data. Advanced visualization skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides.
  • Data analysis techniques and software – Experience with statistical significance testing, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis, cluster/segmentation, conjoint and discrete choice analysis; SPSS or Q preferred.
  • Communication and storytelling – Strong writing and verbal communication skills, ability to present to groups.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking – Desire to investigate deeper questions, eager to learn.
  • Self‑starter – Internally motivated and proactive.
  • Multitasker – Manages competing priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Attention to detail – High quality control and reporting.
  • Team member – Collaborative, willing to help, embraces feedback.

Position Type

Full‑time, exempt position.

Compensation

Target base compensation in the United States for this role is $100,000–130,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
