Overview
We are looking for a

Lead Software Engineer (React.js)

who operates at a senior level beyond hands-on development. This role sits between a

Senior Developer and an Engineering Manager , requiring strong technical expertise along with leadership, ownership, and coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing, building, and delivering end-to-end applications , leading offshore/onshore teams, and acting as a bridge between developers and technical management.
This is

not a pure developer role —it requires

technical leadership, system design capability, and strong communication skills .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
Own

end-to-end application delivery

(design → development → deployment)
Define and drive

technical architecture and best practices
Act as a

bridge between engineering teams and technical leadership
Lead and coordinate with

offshore and cross-functional teams
Review code, mentor developers, and ensure high engineering standards
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security improvements
Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making
Required Skills
8–12 years of overall software development experience
Strong expertise in

React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Proven experience in

system design and architecture
Experience leading teams and coordinating across

onshore/offshore models
Strong understanding of

REST APIs and asynchronous programming
Experience with

state management (Redux, Context API,
etc.)
Proficiency with

Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev tools
Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with

TypeScript
Knowledge of

Node.js / full-stack development
Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments
