The Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Marketing team is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing\\nManager to develop and expand worldwide customer acquisition and engagement programs.\\nYou will join our mission to create incredible customer experiences that educate and drive\\nactive use of Apple Wallet and associated products, such as Apple Pay.\\n\\nYou will build marketing programs and campaigns across our On-device and Email channels to\\nreach audiences throughout the entire customer experience. Develop lifecycle marketing programs across digital channels, with a focus on in-app\ncommunications and email campaigns\nDevelop new customer journeys and tests, establish performance benchmarks, and\noptimize communications\nWork closely with cross-functional partners including product, growth, creative, marketing\nenablement, and engineering teams
Minimum 5 years experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns through in-app and email channels\nTrack record of designing and executing tests, analyzing results, and implementing\nimprovements\nExperience driving results across cross-functional teams\nDemonstrated strengths in communication and collaboration\nRequired: Bachelor's degree
Familiarity developing communications within a product environment\nBackground in mapping end-to-end customer journeys and identifying new touch points\nAbility to solve complex problems, and balance multiple stakeholders with a flexible\napproach and sense of humor\nUnderstanding of AI tools and interest in exploring how technology can improve our work
