The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about production, someone who will drive growth. Production Supervisor - Do you have the following:
3+ years of experience

supervising and leading a production team on 2nd shift
Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with either

continuous flow or batch processing
Experience in

high-speed environment
Strong processes orientated
SAP Experience
Hands-on management experience with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle stress, calm under pressure, and adept with conflict resolution and solving problems
Mature, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

Production Supervisor - Here's the basics:

Directly manage chemical manufacturing and packing operations with high speed, continuous flow production operations
Drive growth and take ownership
Efficient execution of production schedules
Streamline manufacturing operations by identifying and eliminating delays, auditing workflow to manage productivity, and identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
Conduct performance reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and compensation adjustments for production and operation of employees
Heavy background in process improvements and lean manufacturing principles
