Responsibilities
Design and execute web‑ready creative for online marketplaces, optimizing product pages, enhanced content, and brand storefronts.
Develop and manage assets for new product launches and ongoing campaigns.
Proactively identify and implement improvements for existing digital content.
Design elevated and brand‑right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives.
Source images in support of online creative.
Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met.
Produce, optimize, and output final web‑ready digital artwork.
Manage and upload assets to online marketplaces.
Partner with both merchant and planning teams to provide creative solutions that react to shifting business needs.
Collaborate closely with merchants to market and translate merchandising strategies into compelling, brand‑right creative.
Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Proven talent in graphic and interactive design.
Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator).
Strong design fundamentals (typography, image composition, color theory).
Working understanding of web best practices.
Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
Sophisticated sense of design and style.
Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer‑friendly experiences.
Ability to use a Mac.
Strong layout skills.
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Awareness of brand landscape, understanding of market demographics.
Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible team member.
Independent self‑starter who takes initiative and gets things done.
Ability to manage projects from initial design through to final delivery.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges.
Excellent self‑management capabilities.
Nice‑to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Retail or fashion design experience.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Motion graphics and video editing experience for web (e.g., After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
E‑commerce experience.
Experience with major online marketplaces.
Experience working with a large, established brand.
