What You’ll Do:
Gain a deep understanding of client products and services to offer high-value solutions
Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Gather and manage customer information to build detailed client profiles
Set and achieve personal goals that contribute to team and company growth
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops
Share ideas and strategies to help improve team performance
Proactively identify new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers
Provide field insights and feedback to enhance overall sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
Results-driven and motivated by hitting goals
