In this role, you will direct live rehearsals, provide feedback, and manage Music Managers. You will lead the music team, oversee rehearsals, and maintain the artistic integrity of the shipboard music program. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in music performance and management.
