Key Areas of Focus for the Account Executive(Entry Level): Support sales and marketing teams in developing engagement campaigns that are strategically designed to increase brand awareness and client revenue. Drive growth by seeking out potential customers, building customer rapport, and helping them in finding the right product or service that satisfies their business needs. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, contributing to success of the team’s sales targets. Develop a strong understanding of company offerings, pricing, and promotions to clearly relay propositions. Track account performance, client interactions, and sales activities. Assist in resolving client concerns and ensuring timely follow-up. Participate in ongoing training to develop leadership, sales, and business management skills. Help coordinate account activities and maintain organized client records. Experience & Skills of the ideal Account Executive(Entry Level): This is an Account Executive(Entry Level) role so no prior experience is required but we highly value anyone with a background in customer-facing roles.
